Fist of North Star: Ken's Rage SDTV Question
Fist of North Star: Ken's Rage SDTV Question –

I just tried backing up a EUR copy of this game and got a message that my tv's output isn't compatible with the game. Would it be possible to patch/edit the game to work on SDTV or is that impossible? I've never heard of this problem with other games, so i'm not rly sure how it works. Also, i was hearing something about the USA playing in black and white on SDTV's can anyone clear this up for me
?

Try editing the param.sfo with ps3sfoedit. Make sure to check on all the video resolutions including 480 if your using a sdtv.

I just looked at the param.sfo of my eur copy. Seems all the video resolutions for the game are checked except for 480 and 1080. Make sure they are checked. I don't have a sdtv to test on but this is the first time I heard a ps3 game not outputting in at least 480 for standard tvs. Don't know if it's the same for the usa version though but maybe it's time to invest in a hdtv if you don't already have one.

Ya, i made sure to check them but it didn't work. Id love to invest in an HDTV but with school and stuff, i don't have time to work full time to buy one :/ i've been reading about a converter box, but i don't wanna spend 70$ on one lol. sooo annoying that this doesnt work
