About LinkBacksHi so i have a Phat ps3 with firmware 3.40 and i want to jailbreak it to 3.55 or 4.30 but idk what might be the best choice.
what would be the best way to approach this form 3.40 do i need to install the original 3.55 then the cfw 3.55?

11-01-2012,11:43 PMHey I'm about to do this myself. Rogero's guide says to update from 3.55 so that's what I'm doing. Earlier FW's may work but 3.55 will definitely work.

11-01-2012,11:46 PMi already have a 3.55 but ive never done a 3.40 to a cfw i just dont want to brick it or something to go worng.

11-01-2012,11:52 PMBest thing is to go 3.55 OFW then 3.55 Kmeaw. Play around with it. Then when/if you are ready go to 4.30 CFW.
