File Structure?

Hey I need a little help here... I was messing around with some of my backed up games on my external hdd and now backup manager doesn't find my games when I plug the hdd in... It hast to do with the file structure on the root of my hdd there is a folder called BLUS30443 (Demon's Souls). That's the only game I've backed up so far but I think there might be a folder like GAMEZ I need to put it into?

this is the directory which should be on the root
Gamez/"title id"(can be changed to game name)/ then here should be the file and folders such as ps3_game ps3_disc etc
