Fat PS3 NO bluRay?

Well after I flashed my fat PS3 back many moons ago

I down graded it and lost the play back of BD movies

Now we are a few months later is there a easy way to fix the problem and get BD play back

If not then I will send it in and have it repaired and take my chances

Any help would be great

But they have 3 posts between them. Does not that mean we are meant to drive over and fix it for them as well?

But the next question, quite related, can you update to cfw after using the otheros++ firmware to set the QA flag?

No. OtherOS++ is a CFW and does all most people need anyway.
If you change it, you lose BD playback.
