Well i was wondering about transfer times.

It took the 20gb star wars game like 5 - 6 hours to rip to my external. I was wondering would it be quicker to rip to internal. Then ftp it to external.

To cut down these large times.

I ripped marvel ultimate alliance which is 7gbs and it took about an hour and a half. So a looooooong time.

    Internally was much quicker

well i ripped a game, found the directory but the connection kept dropping but only with one sertian file.

It was overlord 2 and the file was streams.osps3.

    Any idea why.

The transfer would get to 100 percent then the file size would grow and grow till the connection dropped
