Fake or real?

In a german forum someone posted a new version of multiman called 1.13.00 with this fixes:

• Added support for FW 3.55 and PL3 (kmeaw)
• Added check for proper access permissions
• FW 3.55: [R1] force access permissions for selected game
• Other fixes and improvements
• New ps3serv (separate download)

I don't know but i think its a fake.
