excessive install time?

after backing up my games and then when I load the game from the internal for the first time it seems like it takes for ever to install for the first time. Just wondering is this normal or is it the hdd? I've got 127G out of 250G free?

It's pretty normal. You have to realize that if you have the game on the internal, it has to uncompress the cache data and then "install" it to the same partition effectively doing double reads and writes just to get the data copied.

also depends on the game. Some load a bit faster then others.
