Error when trying to get dlc from psn false activation

I have a 3.55 kmeaw with sen enabler/disabler to 4.31. I sign in to psn, and activate my system, it will say in green your system is activated.
When I try to go to my download content from psn, and install it will give me an activation error, it's been past a week when I had this error on my non-jailbroken ps3, and it let me activate it, and retrieve my dlc's from psn, but will not do the same on my kmeaw. When I try to download after activating my kmeaw it will also say activating.... And within about 45 sec give me the error ? Is this cause I'm sen enabler/disabler?

It is probably due to the fact that PSN content after a certain date uses a different activation server that only newer firmware can use. I had the same problem a while ago before I updated to CFW 4.30. Try something that was purchased before November 2010 or 2011. It was one of those years when they changed the allowed activations for PSN content.
