Error code 80029519 help

Just to get started I did google this error code and none of the results were similar. I'm on Kmeaw CFW and i started deactivating some accounts and when i tried to reactivate them i get the error code. I can download and install just fine but its the reactivation thats getting me.

you mean have read about this error code on this site? yes i did the error code mostly mentions about issues with the backup managers and one case of someone not being able to download or install from psn

I got it when trying to install DLC for mass effect 2 and dead space 2. I tried everything and did a format and that fixed it. I even tried to reinstall the backup image of my drive and still got the error the only fix was a format.
Now all my DLC installed fine, I thought I was out 45 dollars in DLC... BTW I'm on kmeaw. My guess is I probably installed a pkg that messed up the license activation, maybe either the syscall32.pkg or the lv2.pkg or it was the combonation of both. Anyways a format will fix it.
