error 80028e06/ ps3break? in jailbreak mode.

not that i was going to actually update to 3.50 but when i was in jailbreak mode i went to the update button and pressed update thus getting the error 80028e06. when im not in jailbreak mode everything acts normal and is willing to let me update. anyone else notice this? reason being?
im using the ps3break 1.1 plus the - Hermes v4b Xeoe Cyberskunk Evilsperm Eco. on the ps3break website.

probably because you used an unauthorized usb device to boot up your console.
