I am having trouble looking for an enclosure for the hard drive mentioned. The trouble is because of the required power to the drive (2.8A). Most enclosures I find are 2.0A. I need it to have an eSATA port (or regular SATA) for sure (will be connecting it as an internal HDD to the PS3), be able to support 2TB, and be able to power a 2.8A drive. It would be nice if it can handle SATA II/SATA III speeds and has a USB port, but not necessary. Also would be nice if it looked good to match the PS3.

How are you going to use a 2TB hard drive for internal? I thought the max the PS3 recognizes is 750GB?

No, 750gb ISN'T the max. 750gb is the MAX that is currently available without modification.

Use a computer power supply. Not nice looking but most external cases only spin up 2.0a even if they are rated at 2.8
http:/.cod4forums.com/index.php?showtopic=23682 There are mods that you can buy that put the drive outside the case by extending the wires.. (not allowed to post links yet)
