    Hello PSx Scene!
i know about the Dolphin emulator on the PC thats can emulate smoothly some Wii Games!
now i thinked about a Port for the PS3. Thats can be played with the Playstation "Move" set!
is it possible at the moment? is the PS3 strong enough to emulate wii games?
if its Possible hopefully a verry good coder can make this Homebrew!

    what are you guys thinking?

It is possible, though you may have to start from scratch to get it full speed on the ps3. So that could take a while. Nobody has done any homebrew with the Move controllers either.

Given that the Wiimote has mainly Accelrometers and one more (COrrect me if I'm wrong).

I think it can be done with the dualshock's sixaxis feature, we don't really need the move except for the IR pointer though the right analog stick can handle that.

lol, that would be awesome.... but imagine far off. Look @ the dreamcast vid and how that runs. We haven't gotten a 'complete' snes emulator yet, so don't wait on a dolphin emu....

ALTHOUGH, I would like to see the same and do hope you put an idea in somone's head :P

There will NEVER be a Wii emulator that runs at full speed--I would bet on it. Will there be one? Maybe. However, look at the Xbox 1; there was never a N64 emulator that ran at full speed. That's a reasonable comparison to compare the ps3 to. I doubt it will happen altogether, but even if it does, it will run at crap speeds.

    There were several actually.

They lacked 100% compatibility, but most roms ran at full speed without issue.
