PS3 games are region free so the game will work fine with a BLES eboot.
FYI if there was a game that you couldn't "find" in BLUS you can use BLES version of the game and it will work fine.
EDIT: Come to think of it it's been a while since I myself used any of TB patches but from I remember mostly all patches was BLES patches. Hmm makes me think they are cracking games not in the US but in EUR or somewhere else.

Cool, yeah i know that the PS3 is region free but you answer the first question which is replacing the BLUS with BLES eboots. But if you do replace them with it, will it make the BLUS game a BLES game due to the BLES eboot? Thank you for answering my first question

yeah, region on the patches very rarely affects which region of the game you can use. As long as you use every file in the patch it will make your copy of the game think it's the copy from the region of the patch

Well, technically, no, it wouldn't matter, but it might, and by might, I mean will, affect your save games.

Not true for a majority of games. 70% of mine are cross patched and I have no problems. The only affect it has on save games is to change the game id of them. They still work

That's what I meant. The save folder name changed, but the game won't notice it unless it unless the region matches. A simple name change will fix that.
