you can just edit the param.sfo to show the latest update. you wont have the update but it will believe you do

with psfoedit, first run LBP and watch the number of version it says it is available for download... close, edit param.sfo with sfoedit and change the number appver with the one you checked before

Well actually i didnt get it to work, because now when i try to join a level it says ' Failed to load level ' ? how to fix this?
