BM doesn't decrypt anything by itself. People should get that nonsense out of their heads.
You get the same files by copying them out of dev_bdvd by FTP.
The GameOS decrypts the disc layer encryption on the files on the BluRay while accessing the files.
The EBOOT.BIN still has its file encryption after that, wether you dumb them by BM or FTP doesn't matter.

Did you rename the games title ID?
If so, rename it back to its original name that was given when you backed up the game. I too was having this problem/error when i renamed the folders.

Some aspects are hard to grasp especially with so much half-truths and misinformation around.
Just today I have confirmed for myself what I told you, but others knew it all along (Mathieulh, CJPC and others).
