Earning Trophies while Jailbroken?

Just curious: Will the PS3 unlock trophies while we are offline playing a backup?

I've heard conflicting answers, and my teensy is still on it's way.

that is what i want to know
i don't see why not, all the codes for trophies are still in the backup

I've been playing Mafia 2 backed up to my external and have been getting Trophies.

just be careful since you have to be connected to the net when syncing your trophies.. $ony might catch you..

I was just wondering if in "debug" they still unlock. Seems they do

I'm hoping someday we will be able to access the PSN again while keeping our homebrew, and I intend on having a ton of trophies to sync when that day comes.
