Both of my Ps3's have nor chips, but one of them doesn't have a BD drive. I can switch out the BD drive to get it working just fine. I wanna know if I can downgrade/ Jailbreak a ps3 without a BD drive?

After some research I've decided to go with the E3 flasher because it seems to be the most reliable, but after I downgrade and jailbreak will the E3 flasher still have to remain connected? Is there any guide out there

Also! How much harder are games to back-up/ play without using a dongle because I was looking into purchasing a True Blue 2.
