Hi guys, I've read some tutorials but I was wondering, I have these things, will I be able to dual-boot? :

PS3 with CFW 3.55
2 hard drives
An USB board that I used to install CFW (PIC 18F2455 http://www.diygadget.com/media/catal...pi.600_1_1.jpg)

Do I need to do any soldering or anything and is the above all I need? I heard something about Progskeet or something. And another thing, can I upgrade to 4.00 right now and downgrade later with the board or do I need to stay on 3.55 (to dump it or something?)
