Not sure about this but I'd think they'd need to be glitching into a hacked bootldr. Bootldr is encrypted with new keys that we don't know so we can't decrypt and modify it. Nor needs to be flashed with some kind of hacked firmware with old keys before glitching, so it would not contain new keys.

Note the word modified, they are booting a modified boot loader.
