Downgrade or upgrade 3.66

Hey guys, sorry didn't find information about that, just tons of old info about 3.66.
Just bought ps3 slim 3.66v for first wanted jailbreak 3.66 and then safely upgrade to 4.30, but when i started search jailbreak for 3.66 i was stunned cuz google are showing me old posts like from 2011 where i can properly read that there aren't jailbreak for 3.66 is that trustable info? Because already has passed 1year...
And what can you recommend to do with 3.66? This isn't my lucky day therefore i don't want to turne my ps3 in brick in first day :D

hi there if your ps3 3 model cech 250 you can get a e3 flasher for it but you have to take your ps3 apart read therds on e3 flasher thanks

There is no jailbreak for anything 3.56+. Also, if your PS3 shipped with 3.56+ you cannot downgrade, not even with a hardware flasher. Google "ps3 dev wiki sku models" to see what is the downgradeable minimum firmware version of your PS3.

but how about those threads where are guides and instruction for jailbreaking 4.30? I can't just update my ps3 to 4.30 and jailbreak it? I guess thats all about Sony are harder than iphone jailbreak :D

Those are about installing an already jailbroken firmware, and you need to have 3.55 first to install those. You cannot jailbreak official ones. Since you are not at 3.55 you cannot use these jailbroken firmwares.
