Downgrade 4.21 to 3.55?

so previously my 120gb slim had cfw on it, I updated the firmware way back because the scene was pretty much dead, I come back now and I see loads of cfw and stuff and Im pretty mad that I updated stupid me. The method I originally used was psgroove on my ipod video which worked pretty well. What im wondering is, has this method been updated to downgrade 4.21? or do I have to buy a flasher now if I want to downgrade from 4.21 to 3.55? Are their any free options like psgroove? Is there anyway since my ps3 previously had cfw on it that might make it easier some how?

Nand/Nor flasher= E3 flasher, Progskeet, Teensy ++

PSgrade= open source hex/jb that allows FSM/Factory Service Mode (they have for RockBox/ ipod video)

So I need both those things you listed? , I just can use psgrade on my ipod like I used to with 4.21 to enter service mode and downgrade?

you can't enter FSM on 3.56+ OFW, you won't be able to downgrade or exit FSM
