Doing something wrong?

Whats up guys, been following the jb craze for a while.. finally getting a chance to give it a shot but dont seem to get open manager to work..or if I am even doing it right..

I have a ps3 60gb on 3.15

I have a teensy2.0 loaded with the jevin_bdemu_hermes 3.15 software.

I got the app_home/ps3_game folder and the install package files folder.

I then installed open manager 1.6 via usb drive.

When opening the app_home folder i get an error occurred 80028F14

When opening open manager i just get a black screen...

What am I missing? If anything..

-After thought, could it be because I am not on hermesv3 with openbm1.6?

Just tried with bm v2 and I get restriced parental content for the icon.

Just remembered the drive on this ps3 is dead =( thats got to be why..
