Does E3 flasher require me to open up my console

and void the warranty?
Or is there some other way?
I mean I recently got my pay check and I have about 100$ to blow on stuff I don't need.
I just don't feel very safe doing this with the 1 in a million chance kakaroto gets anywhere with his exploit.

I think what he was saying that it's mathematically impossible to break the encryption. No way around opening up the PS3 if you want to do it - it's gonna be your only option if you want to downgrade
