Dlc for games?

Hi recently i went online on psn with jailbroken and downloaded some free dlc of course. many of it is good. Is there any way to go and download the dlc without accessing with the ps3?

There is ban risk so i kind of want to minimum it?

Hhmm..never thought about this. I might try it. I know the game Agarest has some free DLC. I was also thinking the same thing about if there is a place or app that I can use to download the DLC to PC like Awesome Update Finder.
