Dilemma with PS3 ?

Hello everyone...
I have several questions. please answer them if it's not a problem.
Is it possible for me to use some of these programs so I can play games that I download from torrents, ( will i be able to play them online with it and have access to PSN ),
Then my next question is: when a new game comes out and it requires new firmware. If i update my ps3, who is not been banned or have any problems even if i already use jailbreaking for playing ''older'' games, will new firmware delete this jailbreaking program and i can go to psn network without concern about banning me and play this new game online without any problem if it's not possible with jailbreaking program.

Piracy is not condoned by this site, but yes you can do that but not play online.

Newer games that require a later firmware cannot be played.

Updating to the latest firmware will remove the jailbreak.
