Anyone else get a faulty switch for the ps3 slim?

I got one that worked for 4 days and now it just stays on. I emailed digitopz and got this response::

"Hi, sean. thanks very much for your letter and i'm so sorry to hear about your promble, till now, we havn't received any complains from
other customers about this promble, but please dont worry, i will try my best to help you.
we will exchange a new one to you, so would you please send the original one back to us? once we received it from you, we will ship a
new one to you at once.
If you have some other questions, you can email to me anytime.

    Monica"

Considering I bought my ps3break from this company and it will cost more to ship the switch back rather than just sending me a new one it is a shame.

Oh well it was only 7 dollars but I am still mad about it.

Sad customer service, it is not like I am trying to swindle them or anything, I just want a functioning switch.

Doesn't seem like a swindle to me...

Returning a faulty product to get a replacement is a fairly standard practice for all businesses. For a start, they prolly want to work out what's happened to it and try to avoid it happening again in the future.
