The Data is Corrupted when Updating

Once again, I am an idiot

I was on OFW 3.41, And i tried to directly update to Geohots 3.55 JB, I heard the beeps and what not, but when I turned it on, i was still on Firmware 3.41. But now when ever I try to update to any firmware except OFW 3.41, it gives me an error saying "the data is corrupted" and I cant update to anything. I have tried every option in recovery mode. I have tried using an Lv2diag.self in service mode to try and upgrade to OFW3.55, and that also didnt work.

Now i am really stuck, and i dont know what to do. Help would be very nice right now.

yep.. you must be pissed after that

you were meant to have upgraded to the modified version or official 3.55 first.. ALWAYS follow instructions beforehand.. safe mode is the last resort of fixing your ps3/ restoring bricks etc.. if that didn't work i'm not really sure what will

It says you need to install OFW 3.55 firmware before GEo's 3.55..Ive fixed your rsod already and now your stupidity again.sorry you need to send it to sony cause no one can help you now.suffer the $150 (it might be more depending on your location) wrath to fix your ps3 and make sony happy.
