custom firmware question

Hi guys, been reading for a while and have been using psbreak1.2 for some time with a 100% success

I am thinking about switching over to Waninkoko's CFW - but have a quick question

I have backed up a lot of games to both my internal drive and usb drive, will i lose the games i have already done when i upgrade??

Or will they stay on my hard drives and be bootable through a back up manager

Apologies if this has been asked already, but this would really help me out, thanks in advance
