    Try using comgenie's file manager along with dev_blind (both found in the homebrew collection in my sig) then it should work. This is just troubleshooting

    What firmware are you on? Try FreeFlash (found in the link in my sig). If THAT doesn't work, then AsbestOS installer and/or BootOS will make a folder that'll let you write to dev_flash0, don't know the folder name though

    when you run dev_blind you need to write to dev_blind folder, what FTP app you use on the PS3? multiMAN will work blackb0x I believe won't see it

    Edit: when using Coldboot Installer the files need to be on a USB drive in a folder named "coldboot" (all lowercase, no quotes) in the far right USB port (closest to BD drive)

    2nd Edit:

    FREEFLASH = dev_fflash
    AsbestOS/BootOS = dev_rwflash

    I use axtux mod of openftp with filezilla to write to my nand as it mounts my nand from within the ftp app. Give it a try works great for me on my phat and slim playstations.

    I use Core FTP Pro never had a problem with any of the backup managers or PS3 FTP apps, I'm sure Core FTP Lite would work the same (free version)
