Current store firmware

Hello does anyone know what firmwares are being shipped to the stores? Has fw 3.56 or 3.60 made it to the vendors yet?

All consoles ship with the latest firmware: 3.60

Store might/should have some 3.56 in stock. Maybe a 3.55. You'll be lucky to find a 3.42 or 3.41. and by lucky, i mean REAL lucky

Here in sweden me and my friend got 3.50 from the store. Think its easyer to get older FW when the stores have sellouts

3.50 is the main firmware you will see on ps3s in-store.

I agree.My friend just got a ps3 slim 160gb and it came with 3.50

I bought my 160GB PS3 about a month ago and it was on 3.40. I don't think I've heard anyone that have bought a new one that was on 3.56 or 3.60 yet.

Otherwise you can always go to gamestop and find a used one in a good shape, if it's someone cool they will check firmware for you

I haven't been trolling any thread at all. You obviously have no idea what a troll is. My answering people's questions and helping them solve their problems is not trolling. He asked what they ship with. Not what the stores have. Of course all the stores are gonna have some consoles with 3.55 or 3.41. Didn't I say that in my first post? So stop being ignorant and accusing me of being and troll just because you "see" demo PS3s with 3.50. The gamestop in my city has ps3s with 3.56. All of Sony's products always ship with the latest firmware during manufacturing. But then again, ignorance is bliss.
