Current PSN status for CFW users?

Hi guys!

I don't know where to find up to date info on the current status regarding PSN access for CFW users.

I am on the latest Rogero CEX 4.30 v2.05 CFW. Can I connect to PSN? Will I get banned?
I´d be grateful for information on the current status, and even more grateful if anyone know's about some thread or website where I can keep myself posted on this shit later on.

You an connect to PSN, but nobody knows if you will get banned. It's a risk you always take.

I'll point you to the news, people have been banned. I'd say like indirect says, its a risk. In regards to keeping posted...your on a hack site.......not much else needs to be said.

Ok, I see. But some people are online on a regular basis without getting banned, or what?

If you are playing backups and not using stealth multiman, might have an issue. not saying you will get banned, just know its a risk you take.

Ok! Sure, I understand that I can't ever feel completely safe. But do you mean I play backups online, or that it's a issue if I play backups offline aswell?
Do I get Stealth multiman if I just install the latest release?

The thing is, I got invited to the FFXIV ps3 beta, so I don't really wanna play backups online.

The only people the know the exact mechanics of getting banned work at Sony, and they don't usually post here. The bottom line is we don't know what causes a ban. We don't know if running back ups will cause a ban. We don't know if custom firmware will cause a ban. All that is know is that Sony can and will ban your PS3.

Yes just like I got banned.
Now my PS3 is for trash since most unlockables are earned through online.
Don't risk to get your Console banned. You will sorry. And you can't sell it at a good price after that.

people always say if you go on you risk getting banned? so what, if you use it and get away with it then great, if you get cought and banned whats the differance between being banned by sony and stopping yourself from using it? staying off for fear of been banned or or chancing it and getting banned both have the same end result! Enjoy it while you can if you get banned their are ways round it
