couple questions

So, I have a ps3 that can no longer read bluray discs. it has 3.55 OFW. is there any way id be able to mod it? i could care less about playing online. I was just wondering because the PSjailbreak requires a bluray disc to work.

ok. i was really confused. I googled it, and it took me to a topic here, and after spending 10 mins trying to figure out what was going on, it sent me to another thread, and another, and by that time i had no idea what was going on. thanks for the help
