son of a #%$%$^^&&*$##!!!! My hard drive just got corrupted and I lost all my game saves!!! Today I copied over GT5 to my 3.41JB ps3, when I tried to load GT5 from Rogero Manager, the game that showed up on the xmb disk icon was the actual disk inserted in the bluray drive. The /app_home/game displayed the correct name but displayed the game icon for the loader disk, I could tell something was wrong at that point, tried the icon anyway to see what would happen and the game off the loader disk came up. Went back to the xmb and tried loading GT5 from multiman, still the same deal. So I went back into multiman and loaded GT5 diskless. Played fine for a couple hours. Later on I tried to launch Need For Speed, same crap happened. Then I tried running the fixpermissions app, still didn't help. The next thing was trying the recovery menu to rebuild the hard drive database, that seemed to work ok until the ps3 rebooted and gave me the news that the hard drive needed to be formatted, ^#$# $%#$@$!!!!!!!!! Lost all my game saves with it.
