I would think there needs to be a specific program though to transfer from HDD to PS3. I don't believe there are any programs out yet unless I missed it somewhere. Maybe we can still just copy files to a specific place on the PS3 HDD but it seems a program would be best. Thanks!

Wait: This is taking stuff from PS3 USB HDD to internal PS3 HDD! I was thinking from PC to an internal PS3 drive.

there is now a folder on ur ps3 drive called games that wasnt there b4 i cant be sure till cable arrives but im sure it will be discovered in windows confirmation that tis works on ps3 drives is shown on amazon website at bottom saying ps3 compatibility. Only time will tell get cable wed/thur then i can play. I know if you plug it in using sata to mainboard it locks my machine thats why it has to be usb.
