I wouldnt close it for the simple reason that if someone was trying to post BS, then that meants when the real programs come out you will have to look for it. Yes, that means you have to do a little work. Like I said, I will personally verify what is real or not.

my questions quite simply are:

Is that it for us? Is this as far as we go and what does it do to the future of games that require 3.60?

looking at it from where I'm sitting, i don't think that there are any 3.60 games out right now but ,unless by using traditional methods of previous firmware updates, you can get games going is it worth carrying on with cracked consoles or would it be just as worth while buying a brand new one and going legit now? I mean, don't forget that, if any of our jailbroken ps3's go now, that alone will eventually phase out ps3 cracking due to the new/updated firmware that ps3's will come with.

There are a NUMBER of 3.60 games out right now…Can't exactly name them right now, but there are a few out there…..Homefront is one of them, but it has been hacked to play on 3.55…think of it like the days of 3.41 jailbreak where we had to use the EBOOTs for 3.41, its the same thing…

Ok Thank you very much. I'm new to the PS3 scene, and the PS3 i bought had 3.56 already on it, which is annoying, but at least I can stop looking for a way to downgrade finally. Now I can just check here every day.
