try to put a dns 1.0.1.0 on the first and second
and put a random name for the proxy (test it in your navigator) change the port to a port that your router don't allow you will have an answer more quick coming from him
and if this don't work disable it and use it only when u need it

Will going to settings and disabling internet completely block off all internet, and not allow any upload to sony?
