COD and MOH on JB PS3

With all the latest advances, is it possible to play MW2 and play it online?
I've got BO to run just fine, thanks to the guide for it on these forms.

Also, is there any special patching required for MOH to work, or will that run after backing it up? just want to know before i buy it

MOH requires a modified PARAM.SFO & to be run in Patched Mode, meaning you will require Hermes v4 payload. R.E. MW2 I think so, there was a fix out a while ago which got the game running, I heard you couldn't save though?
