CFW to OFW transfer bans?

Hi, I have a question about cfw to ofw transfers.

First of all I have GTA 4 cheats installed on my cfw which I do not use to gain trophy's, unfair advantages etc but to get all my friends in a party mode and give GT's, guns to mess around with and have fun, thats it. I dont play any other games with cheats.

I understand that cheaters maybe getting banned when cheating online with cfw, my questions is does anyone know of any bans from CFW to OFW cheat transfers?

I'm assuming that as long as they can't detect the cheats, you won't get banned.... but you never really know what they can detect and what they can't until it's too late. I would imagine that there are some consistent abusers that are banned for those reasons.
