cfw->ofw question, Full Format/Quick Format?

Was on cfw to play some exclusive jp ps3 games ^_^ but now im going legit. I already updated back to 3.55 ofw and to completely erase cfw software on my ps3, is it better to do quick formatting or full?

I did not change my cert since i never went online when i modded it. Also i used wipe history and deleted my user account running the homebrew.

Will there still be cfw evidence on my ps3 for sony to probe via psn?

to be honest . no1 know exactly knows 100% wat data is sent. but just do a full format . and update to 3.56 n u should be all clean and on the whitelist .

Ah thanks for the reply. Yeah im prolly gonna do a full format even tho it takes hours, just so i can have a peace of mind.
