Install first OFW 3.55 then swap hard drives, when you connect the 1TB internally install the 3.55 OFW then you can install CFW in recovery mode.

I get way better performance with all backups using internal.
If your using an external hdd whats the difference?
Quick removal, multiple hdds, self powered...wheeee!
Switch between hdd's ...It's just so easy...And it's internal, QUICK Rips, WAY better compatibility!
I just have them stacked in a self powered caddy, simular to this:

[lang=it]Ma io ora ho giÓ il cfw 3.55 per˛ siccome volevo cambiare hdd interno volevo sapere se rischio il brick.PerchŔ vorrei evitare di fare il reset delle impostazioni installare l'ofw 3.55 e poi ripetere la procedura del cfw.[/lang]
Well i did not say anything about patching the OFW, YES it is very easy thanks to Luis for making it so easy.

With all due respect, running backups are even easier.

1 Run your backup manager
2 You will see your backup game in the backup manager list
3 Put a blue ray game disk to your console
4 Click the game you want to run.
5 You should now back to XMB screen.
6 In XMB screen, go to the game icon then to the disk icon. The disk icon should now be the game you rip not the game you put into your console
Run that and it should work
As for your previous question, you have to use unmodded eboot.bin, you can find some of it here
GAMES UPDATES –
Hi GUYS I already made this post some pages ago but nobody REPLY to IT
Can someone HELP ME PLEASE...
I have another question. I don't have internet in my PS3 but I have it in the PC.
1st - Is it possible to download the Updates for games in the computer and then update the game with a USB Stick or FTP???
I read in a website that it's possible, all the updates would be in this site ps3pkg.de.vu and after you download the updates you could install them.
2nd - Is this possible?? If I update a game this way is exactly the same thing as update him through the PS3??
3rd - To update a game this way should I put the .pkg file in the root of the stick and install it?? Or should I need to create the folder PS3/UPDATE/???
4th - After I put the update in the PEN how do I run it in KMEAW???
5th - Should I run the game 1st for him to make the installation or should I install the update 1st and then run the game for the 1st time???
6th - Are there any games that you are obliged to update them in order to play them or it's always possible to play the games even if you decide not to update???
Thanks so much for your time guys, I really appreciate it. Thanks for wasting time replying to my post.
