CFW kmeaw 3.55 question

Hello my name is Wesley new here got a question,

I want to upgrade to 3.55 en then install CFW kmeaw 3.55 with GAIA Manager now if i do that can i still play games from External HDD? Or is it Internal only

Both external and internal works fine. The firmware freezes quite often for some users but not others. I quite using because of freeze issues.

slim 160gb cech-2501a came with OFW 3.40 - running hermes 3.41 CFW for now.

I'd hate to start a new thread, but at the same time would hate to hijack this thread but since it's a question regarding kmeaw CFW here goes:

I'm running a Slim 320gb CECH-2504B (Factory 3.50) with kmeaw 3.55 CFW.

I haven't seen much about going back to OFW as everything here seems to circulate around going from OFW to CFW.

But let's say that if I want to go back to 3.55 OFW, from kmeaw 3.55 CFW, do I just run the 3.55 OFW through the recovery menu and I'm back at stock? The idea is to get the system back to stock as much as possible, without any traces of Sony seeing i've been using CFW since I'd like to avoid a PSN ban and return to my bought games and PSN.

What happens to all the homebrew I installed while on kmeaw, and all the backups I have on the internal HDD? Is it safe to just leave it all there and just flash back to OFW 3.55, in case i'd want to go back to CFW 3.55 later, or do I need to do some sort of harddrive wipe before/after flashing OFW 3.55?

And if I'd have to do a HDD wipe, how would I save my savegames?

Sorry if I missed a thread that deals with this. I've been following this site and dozens of threads but all the info seems scattered.

And was wondering if I can put CFW kmeaw without problems??
