    Hi!

After I have installed CFW 3.55 Kmeaw, my Nitho arcade joystick (is working with usb cable only) don't working. When I press the PS button, the 4 leds are remaining all switched on and the ps3 does not assign the controller. Is it a problem due CFW kmeaw? Is it solvable without downgrading?

    The joystick is this:

When the my ps3 was mod with ps3break and firmware 3.41, this joystick was working very well. So I think this dveices' problems are due to CFW update!

Think it's nothing to do with CFW. Try it with OFW 3.55. If i'm right, it won't works.

Thanks, but If I update PS3 to OFW 3.55, Homebrews an games in HD will not working. I wish resolve it without downgrading or updating OFW, for example If you know there is a file fix for CFW kmeaw!

I know waninkoko v2 cfw support less games than kmeaw (I specific: backup by my original blue-ray for no damaging!). I'm sure that GeoHotz, Kmeaw, Kakaroto and Waninkoko are looking for this device's problem, because I know I'm not the first user published a treath like this. The only thing to do is wait for CFW 3.56!

Um, I am pretty sure that SONY released in one of its firmware updates (3.50+) and removed all 3rd party controllers from working.

This was huge news months ago...

Sony doesnt want people using copied/generic game controllers. Either Sony. Or sony OK'd brands.

I have tried install Waninkoko CFW and the Joystick Nitho is not working with it! However, according me Kmeaw is the best CFW (with Waninkoko CFW, games are working only with blue-ray disk instert, with Kmeaw many games are working without blue-ray disk and only some game need blue-ray, so it is more complete CFW!).
We hope in the future CFW 3.56 they insert a good code that resolve the device not original PS3 working issue!!

Well, installing 355ofw won't remove your homebrew, it will stop it from working of course. Install 355ofw, then you can test on 355ofw if it works, if it does then you know cfw is the problem, if it doesn't then it was one of the unlucky third-party controllers that no longer works. Then just go back to 355cfw no problem, without losing homebrew.
Oh, yeah, use the recovery menu to change between 355 ofw and cfw.
STOP! Before you ask questions... READ the first post! RTFFP = Read The F*cking First Post
Yes, A 3.55 "jb" (cfw) is available, no >3.55 "jb" or cfw yet.
Yes, A 3.55 downgrade is available. But not to lower than stock firmware! (What it came with)
No >3.55 downgrade is out there yet.
