Hi friends,
I have a problem.
Some minutes ago I went from the OFW 3.41 to the OFW 3.55 and then to CFW 3.55 Kmeaw.
The installation went properly (I installed the last one through the recovery menu).
However, now the PS3 says the filesystem is corrupt and I need to format my HDD in order to repair it.
Is there any chance now?
I don't want to lose all my files :(

P.S: I have a WD HDD 750 GB, and of course I used it with my OFW 3.41 without any problems.
did you tried to rebuild Database in Recovery Mode ?

No, I have not tried that yet.
So it would not format my HDD if I chose that in the recovery menu?
nope you just need to choose Rebuild Database
Okay, I tried it but it doesn't solve the problem :(
I made:
1. Starting PS3 in recovery mode.
2. Choosing #3 -> black screen for a couple of seconds (I guess it's doing something).
3. Now it tells me it found HDMI and I click yes and ok.
4. The same message (Corrupt filesystem) appears again.
5. I press ok and it fails again.
6. Last message: The correct HDD could not be found.
It's in German, though:

then i think you need to format the hdd .
Well, maybe my only chance is to re-install OFW 3.55 and then to install 3.55 Kmeaw again...
I will try it later.
(I hope it's not too risky.)

I've just installed the OFW 3.55 (through the Recovery Menu).
No chance, it's still the same.
Damn :(
