Can you play the latest games with Jailbreak?

Be careful you don't buy a console with the New FW (3.56 and above). Currently you won't be able to JB those.

I'm thinking to play the Ratchet and clank series, final fantasy 13 and the infamous series. Are those currently working on 3.55 or below jailbreak ?
