hi guys, i was just curious, if i decide to go with a custom firmware, is it possible to revert back to the original firmware.
to be honest, i really want to try out kz3 single player, but after im done with it, i'd like to go back to the original firmware for online play without worrying about getting banned.
dont have a lot of money, so i cant purchase another ps3.
thanks

Boot up in recovery and install OFW 3.55, then update like normal…but once you update, there is no turning back for the time being

yea if you are already on 3.56 then you cant use cfw because there isnt a way to downgrade from 3.56 at the moment.

So you don't update to 3.56. Wait for the new jailbreak

You can download the demo for KillZone 3 from PS3news.com, no PSN needed…just download there, install from "Install Package Files" on the CFW
