We have no interest in stealing anything. We have already said numerous times that a developers work is their own. We do not own any developers work whether they post it here on psx or not. We have no interest in owning someone else's code or work. Their intellectual property is their own. We will be updating our TOS within the next several hours to hammer home this point.

We have recently made extensive changes to our TOS to reflect the fact that ownership of any projects remain with the developer and NOT with PSX. Below please find the areas changed and please feel free to read the revised TOS by clicking the link at the bottom of the website. We hope this addresses your concerns.
