psx-scene cause i bought metal gear solid 4 and i have saved games but my niece got ahold of the disk and scratched it up pretty bad
and i also backed upi the disk with mulitiman
well, you can always call support and get Sony's answer. But as far as we are concerned here, it is your console, use it how you want to. We do not support piracy, but we do not necessarily support all of Sony's decisions either.
I think there might actually be a problem when playing this game backed up, and at some point you might not be able to get passed. Perhaps you can try to clean up the disc to pass that part, or look for a fix. I do not remember, but there might be one somewhere around these forums.
