you need a Nand/Nor flasher with great soldering skills (a magnifying glass is definitely a must) the proper programs and then your good

Or you can wait for the solderless ProgSkeet add-on. Either way you have to open the console, and flashing the NAND/NOR isn't that easy, although I'm pretty sure someone will post a tutorial sooner or later.
