I just got a slim PS3 with v 3.66 on it. Can this be jailbroken? If not, Can i downgrade to cfw 3.55?

You can downgrade but only on a PS3 Phat with the slim you can't downgrade.

thats mean there ps3 slim with update 3.60 can be downgrade ?? and if anywone knows if 3.60 cfw ??? pleas help !!

You can downgrade any PS3 except the CECH-3000 one. You need to solder a hardware flasher though (or wait for a solderless one that's being worked on atm) and flash your PS3's NOR or NAND.
