can i block psn on one ps3 but keep the update server?

ok on my router dd-wrt firmware allows me for example to block xbox live

i have 2 ps3s what i want to achieve is the following

ps3 (jailbroken) access to psn blocked(or what ever dial home sony is using) but access to the game update servers and webbrowser still live

ps3 (legit) access to all

currently the jailbroken ps3 is blocked from the internet and i planed to use the update tools available but when looking around the forum for them i found some didnt work on my pc (win 7 64bit) and people saying that the updates dont install correctly, i would much rather use (if possible) the sony built in update function (since it doesnt sign into psn im not breaking there tos)

is this possible?

i have been looking into this still and at the other thread that deals with blocking from the internet completly and it seems what i want to achieve is impossible

this is a bit of a shame
